My premium king room club lounge access was spacious and comfortable. i enjoyed the complimentary beverages and snacks available throughout the day. the conscientious staff met every need, and linus at the front desk was particularly helpful. His humor.
the air conditioning in my initial room did not function properly! this caused some discomfort until i was moved to another room.

The hotel is near the opera house and finlandia hall, and a short walk takes you to the cultural center with its music hall and museums. It is quite central. i found the proximity very convenient.

Breakfast offered excellent choices of local fresh food, with typically finnish products. I tried several and enjoyed the quality. the buffet breakfast included vegan and vegetarian options which was very satisfying.

My room had excellent blackout curtains, ensuring a dark and restful sleep. I also appreciated the quietness. there was a huge bath, great.

The gym was excellent (a real highlight for me). it featured a wide range of equipment. i also used the pool. It was clean and quite spacious. the breakfast selection impressed me. It was extensive and of good quality. i liked the fresh options.
I thought the staff weren't very helpful. They could have offered more specific recommendations.

When I visited, the hotel provided me with a great club room upgrade. It came with a healthy dinner each evening. A basic breakfast was also included in the morning. Merlin at the front desk stood out.
During my May stay, I found the rooms a bit dated. The decor seemed stuck in the 1990s. My room's carpet and springy mattress felt old. The curtains did not block out daylight well in my south-facing room.
